Hello, There is a function key on the wired keyboard. It is in the right hand corner somewhere. You can use VO K to get into keyboard help and find it. If Function f12 doesn’t work, or if you’re not hearing the sound of the volume, you can try pressing shift f12 to hear the sound. God bless. Matt
