Interact with that and VO right to options, and press VO Space.
I never used Ventura, so maybe you can find it.

Do you know how to set it for offline?
There’s no way I want to pay to store all this in iCloud. I have stuff here
that goes back 25 years. I’d like to keep it, but I don’t want to pay to store
it. I back up my Mac regularly, so I’m not worried about losing it.

I’m guessing here based on how iCloud Drive works. You can try Command delete
and see if that deletes the folder. It may treat it as a default folder though
