This particular model is one of those scanner/fax/printer combos. You
should be able to print with little fuss but you'll probably need to
download/install the driver stuff for the fax and scanner to work.

OS X usually has great printer support built in. THe best thing you can do is
just to plug it in and see if it shows up under print and fax in system
preferences.
