be aware, that using option + arrow keys will add a row or column to your spreadsheet table automatically. Whereas command arrows will move you to the top/left/bottom/right of a column/row. The two are easy to mix up when you're in a hurry and hitting option + arrows will screw up the column/row

Allison, Once you have your spreadsheet open, navigate to the layout area and interact with it. You should hear something like Table. You need to interact with the table again. Then use either tab key or vo+arrow keys to go round your spreadsheet. I find that when I want to enter new data,,
