Hi, If swiping up to edit and double tapping on that doesn't allow you to then swipe up or down to drag, delete, etc, then I recommend rebooting your iPad. I have found over the ÿears that rebooting resolves a whole host of issues when a device is not behaving as expected. Gabe Gabe Griff

Mary: I don't know if this will be helpful or not. But, I've found it impossible to mmove apps to differing pages in the same manner as on the iPhone. What you can do, however, is move the app into the dock. Go to whichever yage you want it on,and move it into the regular grid. HTH Carolyn
