Sometimes the site steals your arrow keys making selection difficult. In
VOiceOver utility there is a check box under the web area called:
Always allow keyboard commands to navigate websites
VOiceOver help says:
VoiceOver User Guide window Use keyboard commands to navigate text, even on

number of text selection commands including one to select the text in the
VoiceOver cursor (VO-Shift-a).

To copy text from Safari, interact with the text you wish to copy, then press
VO-Return at the beginning of the section you wish to copy, and VO-Return at
the end. Command-C should then copy the selected text.
Another way is to make VO speak the text you want then press VO-Shift-C t

I do not know if this will work or that you have already tried it!
When your on that text and it is highlighted open vo+shift+m to see if you have
a copy option there and if you have you should be sorted!
