Well, first you need to decide if you want to keep your contacts from now
on in Google or in iCloud.
In either case, I think the easiest thing to do if you have a Macintosh is
to
1. Go to All my Google contacts
2. Select all the contacts you want to migrate from the contact list.

I would just select one cloud source and use that. If you don't use iCloud
web interface but you do use googles web interfaces then I suggest you
migrate all your contacts over to Google and then remove iCloud contacts
from your Apple devices. Otherwise, you will find that you never quite have
the
