Yes it fix the problem but it shouldn’t be that way?
On bluetooth devices it makes the music also change audio destiny.

I have the same problem as you if it can be of some help.
I don’t know why and i gave up the accessibility team since they always say now
a days that evry thing is device specific.
I am on the public beta so i can use the feedback app which i do.
I have told them several times to fix this crap
I have had this happen.
Use your roter and you will find audio destination.
Swipe up or down to set the audio route for voiceover where you really
want it.
This will fix the problem.
