Just to add to Teresa's message. If you have a laptop rather than the extended
keyboard you can perform the home by pressing FN+left arrow, so the whole
command is VO+shift+FN with either the left or right arrow to jump to the top
or bottom of the list.

In the message list, use VO-shift home and end to get to the top and bottom of
the list respectively. To move a message, go to the message menu and choose
"move to folder."
