Hi Just to add to Teresa's message. If you have a laptop rather than the extended keyboard you can perform the home by pressing FN+left arrow, so the whole command is VO+shift+FN with either the left or right arrow to jump to the top or bottom of the list.
You can also move a message by bringing up the context menu when focused on the message. You can bring up the context menu by pressing VO+Shift+M. The move option is fairly low in the list of commands. One nice thing is that below the move and copy options in the context is an option to move to the last folder you've moved to again. Sorry I should have thought of a better way to say that :) but take a look and it will make sense.
