The machine is a later 2013 mac book air,
Purchased late july that year,
Custom build
I7 processor,
8Gig ram and 512 GB ssd drive
11 inch,
Installed now OSX 10.11.3,
Drive

I'm using 10.11.4 as of now, however that being said, I did have Bootcamp
installed on 10.11.3, and I never saw the behavior you're describing.

hit «enter» and type the next e-mail adress. Enter is the key in the «subject»
field also, therefore i mentioned it, after typing the subject, you can hit
«enter» again and the cursor are right in the main text edit
