I've not heard of Lightening to micro but I do know apple have a micro USB to
lightening adaptor.You I think want a female lightening to Micro USB or Female
Lightening to USB and then down to micro USB.
Waw, either way that wil be complicated.

This may sound like a weird question. Maybe I'm not completely
understanding, but if you're using what I think you are, could you not just
bluetooth the thing to the Android device instead of connecting it via
lightning/micro USB? Sorry if I'm a little bit confused.
