Ever think about trying NVDA? I run Windows 7 in Fusion 10.x in full
screen mode. Most problems I have comes from hitting non Windows
commands which puts me in Mac. If I need to switch between Windows and
Mac, I do it carefully but sometimes to be safe I will shut Windows down.

running a virtual machine, it is splitting resources with both
operating systems. If you boot into one OS at a time, you don't have
this issue.
