When using windows, you would use a windows screen reader. There are ways to
open microsoft office documents using mac software such as with open office and
iwork.

You are a little confused about the ability to install windows alongside
snow leopard. After you install windows using bootcamp with voiceover when
in snow leopard, you can boot into windows; it is entirely separate from
