What do you mean? What I’m doing is going to the apps folder where it is and
pressing command down arrow to open it. Command O does the same thing is there
another way?

I did reboot after I finally found Pontes Media downloader in force quit
applications. I deleted it, downloaded it again and tried to install it. This
time I got: AX visual support agent has no windows. I suppose I could try an
earlier version unless there are some other ideas out there of how

it there by default. maybe that's changed though.

I'm still working on reinstalling this. I found the place in system prefs where
it says over-ride Mac os because this is from an unidentified developer. I
press vo-space on that but nothing happens. it wants me to click the lock to
make changes but after I've done that I can't find the over-ride

Still works for Me. I had to delete the app entirely from the apps folder then
download a clean copy from the site. I also made sure the folder it creates for
