I did reboot after I finally found Pontes Media downloader in force quit applications. I deleted it, downloaded it again and tried to install it. This time I got: AX visual support agent has no windows. I suppose I could try an earlier version unless there are some other ideas out there of how to install it. Btw, I did put it in the apps folder this time.
