you can make your own reverse panning you know? Just go into the braille hotkeys and switch the two panning buttons and their functions. if you need to switch between standard and reverse panning, it's a bit clunky, but you could save the configuration files one for standard and one for revers

Actually, if you go into VO utility with VO-f8, then go to the Braille section, select the layout tab. Press the assign commands button, and there you will be able to reverse panning. I reversed it long ago, and really like it, although occasionally I've considered changing it again, since the i
