Not overturned... Judge temporarily stayed. Waiting for decision in another
case. Which may invalidate Samsung's claim.

Hi guys. I'm a little confused here. Today I got an email with a link stating
that Samsung's lawsuit against Apple for Voiceover was overturned. Now I don't
know what to believe, is it overturned like this link says or is it stayed like
the rest of the internet says it is. Here's the link.

But it is not about accessibility. Samsung is not concered about
giving us a quality accessibility experience. They probably wouldn't

Hi there
When I put mine in, I just put in my ZIP Code. I never put in my city. Of
course, I am in the US, so I don't know if that makes any difference.

Hello All.
Some of us have had problems signing the petition because it will not recognise
the Town or city that we put in. I sent it to the VI phone list and the people
who tried filling the petition in could not.

The missing point is why they are raising the case in Germany? Not in their own
country or USA? I suspect their own country doesn't have as strong IP laws.
They have lost a case in the USA against Apple, so are they thinking lets use a
different country outside USA to see how it floats?

perhaps apple should break loose of some of their huge sums of spare cash and
simply buy out Samsung completely (its called a hostile takeover). that would
solve a number of problems all at once.

Hi JP. I just signed your petition. I also forwarded it to my friend that also
uses an iPhone. It's like Samsung wants us to all go back to using 3rd party
screen readers. Well I'm not going back to that. I like my iPhone and I like my
Mac. So yeah, I hope Samsung reads my comments in the petiti
In reading some further posts on the web, this is worse than I
thought. The only article I read earlier today lead me to believe it
was about the triple click home to start voiceover. IT is not. IT is
about the very heart of voiceover for us, its ability to read things
on the screen. An article poi
So incredibly ridiculous too. Block the sale of a product under the

I agree that I will not ever support Samsung either because of this.
Nice how they do not really do anything that indicates any real

Hi.
I will of course sign.
I will also have to say, that I will never ever buy a samsung product after
their trying to destroy something that is so important to me. I am angry. We
all ought to sign.
Best regards Annie.

Hi there
How long is this thing good for? I did it because I think it's the least I can

I realize it's not an easy process, but I personally think we should get laws

block sale of Apple products in Germany. Yes, I know their is a temporary hold
