Actually, Apple had touch and pen screens way before the IPhone.
Early in the 90S or late in the 80s Apple had the Newton.
Far before that, around 1983 or so Apple had the Lisa which was a full sized
computer with touch display.

Last time I checked, lawyers spend money in their communities. It's easy to
pick on lawyers and I do this as well but I also have a good one who has saved
my bacon more than once so you know don't generalize.

course if Apple was not having the success and the available cash, they would
not be facing all these suits. The game is sue everyone and hey even some
companies have dropped developing products just to spend
