Hi Louis. I bought both Pages and Numbers which are part of iWork. I am in Texas. I paid $21.64 for each one. I actually downloaded both of them at the Apple store. In my case, I already had an Apple Id because I have an iPhone. If you don't have one, you might want to do yours at the Apple Sto

Hello Louis, You need to purchase iWork09. These days, you get each program separately from the Mac Appstore. Each one costs around $20, I don't know exactly because I live in the euro zone. So, you need to buy Pages, Numbers and Keynote. Cheers, Anne On 15 Oct 2011, at 03:14, Louis Do wrot

The MacBook Air has two USB ports so you can use a USB Braille display with it. You can also get a USB external DVD drive designed especially for the MBA. It's also true that MS Office does not work with VoiceOver. However, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents can be opened with iWork09. Cheers

Hello Louis. I just recently went through a switch from Windows. I chose the MacBook Pro because I needed USB ports. My braille display is not Bluetooth. If you're using a braille display, that may be a factor. I looked the MacBookAir, but that's why I didn't get it. I really wanted one because

Hi Louis, The pro 13 inch highest model gives a very good experience, just like the air does, from a daily user's perspective, and from what I understand in my experiences compared to those of a nearby friend who has an air, they don't differ very much in usability speed. The air has a solid sta
