I learned the solution from a podcast by Eric Caron, long ago. If the scroll
area in Amadeus pro looses focus, which becomes apparent when you notice that
the arrow keys left and right no longer rewind and skip, then do the following:

If you haven't done this already, turn off Quick Nav. I'm a big user of quick
Nav so have to remind myself to do this when going into Amadeus Pro.
Once quick Nav is off, then use the escape key if the keyboard focus won't go
into the scroll area. Sometimes you have to hit escape sever

the problem is that I need to get keyboard focus in to the sound area of the
program. As I say I can not get keyboard focus reliably into that area.

I am using Amadeus Pro version 2.1.7 (1576).
I am trying to edit a piece of a sound file. I have a problem not being able to
bring the keyboard focus to the mouse and VO cursors. I have been using FN
CTRL Option CMD and F4 to bring the keyboard to where it should be.
