I mainly use my watch with a rowing machine or swimming but have used it on an
exercise bike a few times. As Donna said, it will give you calories burned,
heart rate and time you've been on there but does not give distance you would
have ridden.

I don't. I listen to audio books while I work out, so when I want info from
the watch, I just stop and check it. If I were to use headphones, I'd probably
just use my AirPods.

I have started working out on a stationary bike. I was wondering if Apple
watch could help me know while exercising the various parameters sighted people
can see on the display in front of them, i.e. heart rate, distance, speed,
calories burnt etc. Do people on the list having Apple watch
