Yes I used my watch for similar things however I always questioned the results as they differed to that of my cadence and heart rate meters which I peared through my iPod touch on my bike.
I used an app called wahoo fitness which worked with a number of different devices -----Original Message----- From: 'Andrew Lamanche' via MacVisionaries <macvisionaries@googlegroups.com> Sent: Monday, 15 April 2019 12:50 AM To: 'Jason White' via MacVisionaries <macvisionaries@googlegroups.com> Subject: Exercise & Apple watch Hi, I have started working out on a stationary bike. I was wondering if Apple watch could help me know while exercising the various parameters sighted people can see on the display in front of them, i.e. heart rate, distance, speed, calories burnt etc. Do people on the list having Apple watch find it useful in this regard? I’d appreciate your experience. Andrew -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
