Hi,
Try using the Window Chooser, VO-f2-f2. I'll bet that there's the "What's New
in Pages" dialog there but focus was not initially brought to that
dialog/window. Once you locate that dialog/window and close it, you should be
able to Quit Pages as well.

I have never used Pages before, and I cannot for the life of me find the text
of a document it opened, nor can I quit out of pages. I keep getting an error
noise, and in the menu, the "quit pages" option is dimmed.
