I also have problems with the Doc and this is using an iMac mid 2020.

using a braille display. I am able to open the shortcut menu using a keyboard,
and the VO + Shift + M command, but I am kicked back to the desktop when I
attempt to select an item from the shortcut menu.

well I’m having the same problem and an apple adviser believed that their iMac
worked properly and i set up a test account and still the same result, do you
get the message dock helper has no windows!! the same as i did? hope that sort
of helps!!
