Bluetooth Issues

Yosemite was reliable. I could count on my Bluetooth neckloop connecting when I started Yosemite. Not the case with El Capitan. My neckloop never connects at login. Wired or wireless headset yes. The BT neckloop shows as connected in System prefs, Bluetooth. In Sounds prefs, its not in t

This is getting ridiculous as every time my computer goes to sleep and it starts up again my bluetooth trackpad and speakers don't work, I get a bluetooth error message that no bluetooth mouse or trackpad are connected then I have to play around with settings for both the trackpad and speakers.
