I haven't played with it a whole lot but once installed you can go to
/usr/bin and then do VirtualBox -h to get a bunch of command line help.
There are a couple other commands which will give you help when invoked:
VBoxVRDP, VBoxManage, VBoxHeadless VBoxAutoStart. There is also
