Customer service got back to me and Express no longer works with Sierra you have to pay $80 to upgrade to pro which is ridiculous, as who knows when they will decide to make that version incompatible. Very disappointed with Fine Reader as I believe I paid $60 or more for the Express version. No

I’ve had no problems with my HP8500. I just checked it out to be sure. I’d suggest first making sure Image Capture will work with the scanner. If it does, you might want to try deleting Abby and then installing it again. If Image Capture isn’t working, be sure the scanner is being seen by the
