Identifying posters to mailing lists in Mac Mail

Hi, I am running the latest version of Yosemite and Apple Mail on a Macbook Pro. I am a member of some NFB lists, and whenever I receive emails from those lists, the list is announced as the sender rather than the poster. This doesn’t happen in Outlook 2013 under Windows. Does anyone have any
