The file is a scanned docunet I am in no doubt. The file info says
Author: Hewlett Packard MFP. This Tells me that it is HP Multi-
Function Printer. So it is a Printer/Scanner/Coppier that was used to
create the PDF. You will need an OCR program to read the PDF.

I don't normally use screen readers. I tried NVDA just to see what it

It works OK in Word.
Excel:
I have just now tried it in Excel. It worked ok in Excel just now.
Winamp:
I have tried in in Winamp. It does not read the tool tips in
Windamp. The menu headings are not read.
Interesting about the insertion point. I have had an email from
Archie Robertson on this subject that wasn't posted to the group.
