Close. I thought I would check Voiceover settings instead. Audio
ducking was on so turned it off. With that on, volume was180%. With it
off, volume was 40%. Everything is back to normal. :)

What about trying to adjust the volume through the roter? I have a volume
control on my roter but since the button on the remote works that's what I use.

Don't you have a remote with the Apple TV? I use the tall vertical button on my
remote located at bottom right of the 5 buttons on my remote.
