I can’t answer for the iPhone 13, since I’m still running a 12, but Voiceover’s
output does come through the glasses, and there’s a definite lag, especially
when typing on the phone once the glasses are connected.

No it did not correct anything when I did a full shutdown and powered back up.
Again, I believe it just took a really long time for the phone to install the
new update.

Thanks so much for replying to my email. Sorry you are having the same rotor
issues I have. In addition to not having the Voices rotor, I cannot change
voices on the watch and on the iPhone.
