Google seems to point to the master boot record (MBR). Anyone have

FYI I have reported this problem to Apple Accessibility. They have recreated
the problem and raised a bug report to the appropriate development team.
Hopefully it will be fixed in the next updates to Ventura and Sonoma.

I should mention that going to System Settings, then Software Update
will allow you to check for updates which actually the Mac should do
automatically at start up.
