Hello, FYI I have reported this problem to Apple Accessibility. They have recreated the problem and raised a bug report to the appropriate development team. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next updates to Ventura and Sonoma. Many thanks to those who reported that the problem also happens on Sonoma.
