Well that sounds better than the other app for sure. How can you read
through the complete list of kindle books? Also what is the button for
next page? I hope they plan on improving this app over time. THanks
for letting us know this was some what fixed.

Mac but for me it never worked. Earlier this month Amazon replaced the Mac
Kindle app with a new one that can be downloaded from

You need to access your account settings online, and enable IMAP, in order to
use a mail client.
You will find this in the section labeled IMAP, POP and Forwarding.

this is the first time connecting to Google. I thought you only used forwarding
when going to another address. In this case I am wanting my mail client to
fetch my Google messages.

I have trouble with it too. it goes back and starts reading older messages
instead of staying where I put it in terms of current exchanges.

Sorry - I forgot to add: if there's a menu entry for the control that you want,
then you should be able to create a keyboard shortcut for it in the MacOS
keyboard settings. I haven't used this feature, but apparently you need to
enter the text of the menu entry exactly, including capitalization,
I'm not aware of any option to define new keyboard shortcuts - perhaps
AppleScript would help, but I haven't investigated it.
You may find that the Item Chooser menu helps in navigating to desired controls
quickly, as you can partially type the name of what you're looking for to move

Presumably, if caps lock is configured as the VO modifier, holding it should
never change the state of the caps lock function, and should never warn about
it.

Probably not. My wife has a 2016 model and it is stuck at Catalina.
Your 2017 is at Ventura, and if Sonoma is available, it will show up in system

I’ve noticed that the list level in the mailbox column is now announced when
moving in/out of the column.
For example, VO+right arrow to the mailbox column will announce inbox 3 of 45.
It’s the “3 of 45” that did not announce in Ventura.
I’ve gone through the Voiceover setting under verbosity
Agreed, this is very annoying. I've switched back to using control option for
my VO modifier. Not sure if there’s any way to turn this off, or if it’s a
feature, rather than a bug.
