Donna, It exclusively has to do with headphone audio volume, so no matter how you set the speaker volume, that doesn’t make any difference. Assuming you’re on iOS 16, Go to Settings > Sounds and Haptics, and double-tap the Headphone Safety button. iPhone has a way to tell if you’ve had headphon

Hi,I would recommend an external SSD, maybe something from Samsung.the drive you selected is most likely a Mechanical drive.You can use that, but it's probably going to take longer copying files.HTH,John.Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones,  you'll start having positive results. -
