The person at Apple Accessibility told me the same thing Brad did, that is, to

get VO to load at startup. Problem is, that option isn’t there. She then tried
to initiate a screen share, and when she did, I hea

If that is correct, then 1:00 PM US Eastern would be 7:00 PM in Germany.
