QuickNav will auto toggle off (just like in IOS) when you have the VO Cursor inside a text input field on the web. My memory is that five years ago, when composing e-mails (probably High Sierra ) the auto-toggling of QuickNav happened in TextEdit and Mail also. So, perhaps it is a bug, but it ha

I would simply do it through the Finder interface. Open Finder windows directly. For example, command-option-l opens the downloads folder. Command-shift-o, opens Docments. I usually open Finder windows separately. In other words, either by direct keyboard commands, navigating the Finder

I’m a little confused by your questions. In Finder, VO-shift-m still opens context menus of items. That hasn’t changed. Is there a specific area you mean? As for Messages, type the name of the recipient and hit enter twice. That should put you in the edit field and you can start typing.
