Hi Petrus, You can change the genre of however many songs you want at a time. In fact, you could change the genre of your entire library if you so chose. Simply select the song, songs, album, or whatever combination of things you wish to change all at once, press cmd-i to Get Info, or VO-shif

Hi, Usually, anything purchased from iTunes should read as "Purchased AAC Audio File". A plain old AAC Audio File is one that iTunes may have converted itself when importing a CD or other media into iTunes. Now, that's a "usually", so, if it's misbehaving, then I'd have to play with it more.
