Hmph. That sucks. I hate it when things are not super easy to fix. So, if you use the VO keys, then that tells me that there's nothing wrong with your Option key. Try this: 1. Go to the Finder. 2. From the Go menu, choose the Utilities folder. 3. In the Utilities folder, open the Terminal
