Hi, It seems like it may not be installed properly. Usually, in Disk Utility, you'll still see devices that are not necessarily usable with the Mac. You just won't have the options available to format or partition. It's possible that the cable is not seated properly, thus not getting power

Hi Ramy, You will need to boot the machine up and then run the Disk utility to view the drive, If the ssd isn't formatted or is formatted in say ntfs etc then the mac wont see what you want it to have. So you will probably need to format it first and then try setting things up. HTH -O
