strange behaviour in mac mail

Hi everyone, I’ve done something and now my mail is acting up. when I arrow around in my mail boxes, it keeps saying “selected level one” after it. It didn’t use to say this. Also, I was able to find my messages tab and jump to the top of the table by doing a command option alt shift left arrow.
