Hi again Ilene,
I'd recommend that you don't use these features until you are more familiar
with OS X. They would only confuse you and in the case of Filevault, could
cause you to lose data.

Hi all,
I'm having some weird mail things going on.
First, my email accounts keep losing their associated outgoing server. I've
had to fix them like four times over the past week.
Second, this morning my Exchange account got corrupted. No matter what I do, I

You don’t have to use either one. They are just options. FileVault encrypts
the disk for security and the option for iCloud enables iCloud users to be able
to use their Apple ID passwords to log into their Mac if they forget their
account passwords. However, both features are optional.

Definitely keep it to PDF or .docx. In fact, I usually see job postings specify
file formats, and .pages is never one of them.
To do what you want, you choose Export rather than Save. From there, the
process is the same as saving. Generally, you'd save a master copy in .pages

Hey May. Unfortunately the developer stopped making TW Blue for the Mac so
there's no way to download it. Is there something wrong with Night Owl that you

Just wanted to let all that replied to my emails that the update seems to have

Shawn,
Yes, you are correct. I’m sorry for my confusion. I am updating OSX on my Mac
Book Pro. I am not doing a thing with the IPhone.
Although I get VO to work, I seem to be stuck at the same point that I cannot

It's vo-t. Be sure you're interacting with the text, or it might keep telling
you the font at the top of your text instead of wherever your cursor actually
is. Maybe that's been fixed, but I never take chances.

Thanks. I’m one of those Windows users who has had a hard time switching over

Windows. With that said, I haven’t given up on the Mac, but its a real
struggle when I go back to trying to do something IOS related.

Hi, Ilene,
When you are doing an installation,
Try pressing the Function+Control+F5. The OS X installer doesn't have the
ability to switch the function keys from the default.
Hope this makes sense.
