If you want to import the flac files into itunes and preserve their lossless
quality, two programs that work well with voiceover are xld and flac tunes.

I have checked the "use left and right arrows to turn non and off fast
navigation" check mark. Don't work. Nothing happens when pressing left and

Go to the menu bar, View, Sort by. There are three options: Date Created, Date
Edited and Title.
Your selection here seems to be specific to that device. So you can choose to
sort notes by date created on one Mac and date edited on another. I'm not
