Getting the scroll area back to sync all ring tones instead of selected ring tones in iTunes 11

Hi everyone. In iTunes 10, I was able to find the scroll area for my iPhone, and there was a checkbox that says sink only selected ring tones. However, an iTunes 11, that scroll area is gone. Is there a way to get the scroll area back? I have new ring tones I want to sync to my phone, and I can'
