Hi Jeff, If you purchased MoveAddict from the App store, the file: "moveAddict Preferences.app" was probably not included in the package. If you don't have that file you'll need to obtain the installation package supplied at the MoveAddict site and copy that file from the accessibility folder.

Hi Christina, Umm, I can't even begin to imagine why this would be happening. It never has for me. The only thing I can think of is that when you hit the power button you use S for shut down, which actually stands for sleep. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but this is very strange. Best, Zack.
