Try VO-Shift-End or Fn-VO-Shift-Right arrow if you are on a laptop.
That will move to the end of a list or table in your mail messages

While I also like Subetha edit, TextEdit should work fine. You'll just
need to change the format in preferences to Plain Text instead of Rich
Text, which should show all the HTML.

There is a plug in you need to use, to go between the mac and a nokia
device.
It's not a nokia application, and they don't make one unless it's just come
out.
The plug in is third party but I'm sorry I can't remember what it's called
