Hi, Try VO-Shift-End or Fn-VO-Shift-Right arrow if you are on a laptop. That will move to the end of a list or table in your mail messages table, finder, etc. To review these commands, use VO-F7 to bring up the VoiceOver menu and press "n" to go to navigation, then right arrow to the navigation sub-menu. You'll find all these commands listed there.
