Install LyX in the wrong language

Hi, I just installed LyX for Windows (from http://www.lyx.org/Download) and the menu and help are in Norwegian. I am trying to find a way to have it in English but without success. Could you please help me? Thank you very much in advance. M.

LyX 2 xhtml and viceversa

emphasis as underline?

seems that mine is not most systems, but if it can be changed from italic, it should be able to be changed to italic--but how? Thanks, Michele
