Lyx-Win Port- Installation problems

Hi all, I tried to install the Windows-Port of Lyx 1.1.4, but I didn't succeed. In a first try, I at least got a window popping up, complaining about a missing tmp-directory, but I couldn't get Lyx installed properly. (So my X-Server should be fine!?) I started from the scratch again, now if I

Strange behaviour when mouse-marking multiple pictures
